Alex Zeigler ACC

Alex brings a global business perspective and a calm, strategic presence to leaders navigating complex decisions and competing priorities. Her background spans international business, financial leadership, and executive advisory work, shaped by experience operating across industries, cultures, and high-stakes environments.

Born in Buffalo, New York and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Alex earned her Bachelor of Science in International Business from Jacksonville University. Her early career led to international roles in New Jersey and Mexico City, where she worked extensively in areas including distribution rights, import and export, and multinational operations. Operating in these environments required sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to make clear decisions amid ambiguity, skills that continue to define her work today.

More recently, Alex has served in senior financial leadership roles, including as a Chief Financial Officer in the healthcare sector, partnering closely with executive teams to support strategic planning, financial stewardship, and operational decision-making within highly regulated environments. She is widely regarded as a trusted advisor, someone leaders turn to when decisions carry weight and clarity matters. She is a Certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation, reinforcing an approach that blends strategic insight with focused accountability.

Today, Alex works with executives, business owners, and senior leaders to help them think more clearly, prioritize effectively, and navigate change with confidence. Her work emphasizes practical perspective, sound judgment, and steady support, assisting leaders to move forward when the path is not always obvious.

William Zeigler, MBA, MISM, MNCM, CWTS

William has earned an MBA, a Master of Information Systems Management (MISM), a Master of Network Communications Management (MNCM), and the Certified Wireless Technology Specialist (CWTS) credential. These reflect formal training in business leadership, systems, networked environments, and instructional design. They support, but do not replace, decades of hands-on experience delivering results inside real organizations.

William brings a delivery-focused perspective shaped by work across technology, training systems, process design, and organizational enablement, often in environments where clarity, execution, and accountability mattered. A pivotal point in my career came through developing courseware and training for a Jacksonville-based organization facing critical delivery challenges, where I was recognized as a top contributor and discovered a core strength: translating complexity into structured systems that drive performance.

Since then, William has supported large-scale training initiatives, operational workflows, and digital transformation efforts, including programs in highly regulated and government-related environments. Today, I help organizations modernize systems, align people, processes, and technology, and apply automation and AI where it creates real value. Clients work with me because I’ve been accountable for delivery, not just recommendations, and I bring that mindset to every engagement through the Transform to Elevate approach.
